Credentialed Teacher, Part Time
The family-owned Sylvan Learning Center in Seattle is growing and we are looking teachers to deliver individualized, part-time, afternoon instruction to students in grades K-12. Our motivational atmosphere, combined with our proven curriculum and individualized instruction, allows for more effective and rewarding instruction sessions. Our teaching environment allows you to focus on the children and their growth and lets you to enjoy a truly rewarding teaching experience.
We are looking certified teachers in:
- Language Arts
- Beginning Reading
- Math, Pre-Algebra
- Algebra
- Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
In order to provide a consistent learning environment for our students, we are looking for teachers that are available one or two nights per week from 3:45 pm to as late as 8:00 pm. We also need teachers on Saturday mornings with availability from 9:00 am to as late as 1:00 pm. A state teaching certificate is required.
